I guide you through preparing the home to look its best while keeping your budget and timeline in mind. I take as much off your plate as I can, by coordinating contractors, cleaners, and landscapers for you. I provide professionally designed marketing materials including photography, video, 3D tours, and floor plans. My marketing plan will ensure your home makes an outstanding impression and reaches as many qualified buyers as possible. I will schedule showings, hold an open house, and negotiate with buyer's agents to get you the best price and terms to meet your unique goals.
If you are buying another home with me, I help you plan the logistics around moving. Many clients fear having to move twice in between homes, but I have solutions to this and none of my clients have had to rent in between moving within our area. I already have solutions to many of the common issues sellers face and can help you make a moving plan that fits your life!

I will determine the listing price range of your home based on market trends, the size, location, features, upgrades, and the current condition of your property. We will settle on the final listing amount and terms based on your needs, pricing, and marketing strategies.

First impressions are incredibly important. It all starts with curb appeal and photography. I will give you advice on how to prepare your home, coordinate with contractors and stagers for you, provide professional photography, and market it digitally across multiple platforms, with printed materials, and on the multiple listing service to increase exposure to buyers and their agents. I will schedule showings and hold virtual and in-person open houses to get buyers in the door.
Closing
As your agent, I will work to get you what you need out of the sale. With your best interest in mind, I will cooperate with the buyer's agent while negotiating price, terms, and timelines. Checking in with you throughout escrow, finding your next home if needed, and joining you in celebration when the deal closes!
